Merry Christmas everybody!

Woo. sorry I've been missing for awhile. life's been crazy for me lately. so here's the quick run down of whats happened to me since like June when we last talked.

-graduated from college and moved back to Houston
-got a retail job I hated
-had a close family member be diagnosed with something awful, and tragedy struck soon after
-got a new office job at museum that I like much better, also pays more.
-got invited to go on a vacation in January, zapping away all the money I had saved up (its worth it though)
-stupidly spilled water on my laptop and rendered it an expensive paperweight/tumblr machine.
-Christmas


I think that's it. I certainly hope all of you are having a much more relaxing year than I am XD

I'm a little mad I didn't get to do any Christmas art this year :/ I just didn't have the time.

If you repair laptops anyway.


So my laptop's being repaired (or rather, being diagnosed and then if its fixable, it'll be repaired)

so I probably wont be online much, but thankfully my apartment office lobby has a computer center I can use to check my messages and stuff.


Just wanted to keep you updated.

I hope its nothing serious, but its about five years old now, so..not gonna be too surprised if it is.



I will say that by not having my laptop, I've had a large amount of freetime that would've been used wasting time online XDD. So maybe this is a good thing.

because I'm too worn out right now to give it one XDD

So just a quick little update as to what's goin on with me.

Uh, So I got a job last week at *drumroll* The Disney Store! and all the fun little things of balancing school and part-time work that comes with it. But since I live in a college town anyway, alot of the stores (Disney included) are pretty flexible and nice to students, so I don't think I have that much to worry about in that department. I worked in kid's retail before and that was ok, but this Disney store (an outlet mind you) is like on a much bigger scale. We get little walkie-talkies and everything D:
maybe that's just me being overwhelmed all at once though.
I will say I would much rather listen to Disney music all day than whatever music they had playing at my last job (of which I will not name, but if you dig far back in my journals then you know what it is )

that being said, you might not see me online too much? or altleast posting new artwork or anything
This is the semester I also hafta finish my thesis art too, so I'm still drawing, just not at a scale my scanner can take XDD
when it's all done and pretty, I'll be sure to take pictures so it's like your in the thesis gallery in person~ (maybe. if anyone even cares I dunno XD)
