Nadja from "Ashita no Nadja" a cute little show that came out back in 2003. I haven't seen that much because I heard the fansubs dropped it (and i'm too lazy to download it)
but I always liked the show's aesthetic :3 seemed like a nice nod to all those shows in the 70s and 80s about little girls roaming around Europe.
