due to the suprising success of my other KG drawing (thanks for all the 'favorites' everyone!) i drew the Garuru platoon the same way. yay!

Pururu-she's so cute! ack, i like the pigtails and mini-skirt i made her wear
Taruru-i like how he came out the best, u can really tell it's Taruru, ne?
Garuru-since he's Giroro's brother, i designed him similar to G66.
Tororo-at 1st i was afraid of drawing him humanish, but he turned out pretty cute i think.
Zoruru-i had a hard time deciding what to do with him, i kept drawing front views of him with the robotic arms and junk showing, but it always ended up looking funny, so i said "screw it, i'll just draw the half i know how to do..."



*edit-ok, Garuru's interpretation was probably my least fav. and when i posted this somewhere else, people complained about him too. so i started over and out of the new Garuru sketches, this ver. was my fav.

Cool! But I just wanted to tell you that humans are called "Pekopon", not "Pokopen". ^^'

in the manga they refer to earth and humans as "pokopen" but they had to change it to "pekopon" for the anime version, since "pokopen" is based on an old derogatory slang word for the Chinese that's not allowed to be on Japanese TV.

but yeah, if you've only seen the anime, I can understand the confusion.sorry. I just like to go by the manga if I can, because I'm a nerd like that XD

Haha, I see. xD Sorry if I confused you too, in my language it's "Pekopon" in both versions, didn't know it was called "pokopen" in the original manga. :3
